1- 25 Years Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 1 to 25-year labor warranty, depending on the materials used and the scope of the project, on all completed structures. If any element of the workmanship shows an issue during the applicable warranty period after project completion, we will return to assess and correct it at no charge. This warranty reflects our commitment to standing behind every build we put our name on and ensuring long-term confidence in the quality of our work.

Manufacturer Warranties on All Materials

All composite decking, hardware, and structural materials installed by Paramount Patios Plus are backed by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. We work with brands such as Trex and TimberTech, which offer industry-leading coverage on their products. We will walk you through the applicable manufacturer warranty terms for every material used in your project before work begins.

Our labor warranty is provided in addition to any manufacturer warranties, giving you added peace of mind and protection for your investment. Manufacturer warranties can range from 1 year to a Lifetime Warranty, depending on the product line and components selected, including premium decking products, porch boards, dry space systems, fasteners, joist tape, and other materials. By combining manufacturer-backed coverage with our workmanship warranty, we help ensure long-term performance and support for your outdoor living project.

Built to a Higher Standard

We use high-PSI concrete and premium-grade fasteners specifically selected for durability in Oklahoma's soil and weather conditions. We do not use the standard-grade materials that are common in lower-cost builds, and we do not compromise these standards to lower project costs. Every component we install is chosen because we know it works — not because it was the most affordable option on the supply list.

Transparency About What We Use and Why

We are selective about the products we install. In some cases, we choose not to use manufacturer-certified fastener systems because we have found better-performing alternatives that do not void the product warranty.
